Dana is our receptionist/switchboard operator or Director of First Impressions! Part of what sets us apart from other management companies is your ability to reach a live person who is helpful and knowledgeable. Dana fits that bill perfectly!
Julie Barrett
Julie is a former licensed community manager and has been with the team since 1995. She is the community senior assistant to Gene Ross. Julie enjoys working with people and places a high emphasis on internal organization. She enjoys football and baseball and is an avid Atlanta Braves fan.
Wendy Cowan
Wendy relocated to Vero Beach in 1994 from Southern New Jersey. Wendy is the assistant to Niel Jensen. She was an Administrative Assistant to the GM of the Los Angeles Dodgers Spring Training Facility in Vero Beach for 11 years before joining the Elliott Merrill team. She and her husband enjoy spending their spare time with their son Brock.
Cheryl Grandy
Cheryl is in her 10th year with our company. She works directly with the President and V. President, handling all aspects of company finances. She joined our team after 25 years of running a family business with her husband. She has an AA degree in Business/Accounting and holds a Florida Real Estate License.Her free time is spent with her husband of 34 years and their family, especially their 3 grandchildren!
Jolene Southwick, CAM
Assistant to Bob Whitehead, AMS. Jolene been a licensed Community Association Manager since April 2010 and been in the community management industry for 14 years. Jolene moved to Florida in 1998 from Marion Indiana after attending Ball State University. Jolene has one son and enjoys spending time with him as well as family & friends.
Lauri Stevens
Lauri is the assistant to Rick Kimes. Lauri has returned to Elliott Merrill to lend her excellent customer service and organizational skills to Rick’s accounts. She has previously worked with us as the assistant to Craig Merrill.
